Processing Time

All orders ship the same day when ordered by 2pm CST - this even includes Saturday*. Because we ship so fast, please email us right away if you need to make any changes to your order.

Shipping Time

We do not offer any options for choosing a delivery time or a carrier because all orders are expedited and qualify for free 1-3 day shipping. See our shipping map for approximate delivery times based on your location but note that transit times can be affected by carrier operations, weather, and other unexpected delays. We can not guarantee any specific delivery time as these factors are out of our control.

Communication

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder. Note that tracking status usually doesn't initiate until 1 day after the package ships.

Discreet Packaging

We have the most discreet packaging in the industry and take extra care in providing options that cater to the most challanging situations. All orders ship in a plain brown box without any identifying information. The label on the box will have a return address to a shared postal facility and the name of the company will appear as "Customer Service." There are no markings on the package that indiciate the contents. We never ship packages in bubble mailers (padded envelopes).

Many of our products, including the Tenga Hole Lotion, can be ordered with our Extra Discreet Packaging. With this option, products are placed inside a fake cell phone accessories product box and then inside a discreet box. That way, if anyone opens up your delivered package, they still wont know what is inside. This option is popular for individuals that live at home or need orders delivered to a communal delivery area (apartment, dormroom, etc) where someone might accidentally open a package. To add this option, select the box in step 1 of the checkout process.

With any order, you can have it delivered to a UPS Access Point. UPS Access Points are lockers, UPS Stores and other retail locations that can accept deliveries so you can pick up your package away from home. HappyBed has a partnership with UPS that allows us to ship directly to their Access Point network. Simply choose this option at checkout, type in your zip code to see the locations in your area. When you get a notification that your package has arrived, just bring your ID to pick it it up at your convenience.

Lost Packages

We hate it as much as you do but, in our experience, most lost packages usually turn up within a day or two. If your package has been lost and not updated within that timeframe, please send us an email and we will start the process with the carier to recover the package.
