Wishlist Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the HappyBed Content Creator Wishlist Program (the “Program”).
By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) between you (“Content Creator”) and HappyBed (“HappyBed,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Overview

HappyBed allows approved Content Creators to host a custom wishlist landing page featuring products available on HappyBed. Fans can purchase gifts directly from that wishlist, and HappyBed ships the items to the Creator’s private shipping address (never shared publicly).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • You must have an active and authentic social media or content platform.
  • HappyBed reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any Content Creator at any time.

3. Creator Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate contact and shipping information.
  • You agree to promote your wishlist responsibly and comply with all applicable advertising and social platform guidelines (e.g., FTC disclosure rules).
  • You may not use the wishlist for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

4. Privacy & Shipping

  • HappyBed fulfills and ships all wishlist orders directly to you.
  • Your shipping information will remain private and will not be visible to fans.
  • HappyBed is not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or lost packages caused by third-party carriers.

5. Ownership & Promotion

  • HappyBed owns and operates all wishlist landing pages and related site content.
  • You retain full ownership of your personal brand and content.
  • You grant HappyBed permission to feature your name, likeness, and wishlist for promotional purposes (e.g., “Featured Content Creator” sections) unless you opt out in writing.

6. Gifts & Compensation

  • Fans purchase products for you; no cash payments are made.
  • You are not an employee or contractor of HappyBed.
  • No commissions or financial compensation are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Share or post another Content Creator’s personal information.
  • Resell or misuse gifted items.
  • Promote your wishlist in a way that violates community standards, platform rules, or applicable law.

8. Termination

  • You may leave the Program at any time by notifying HappyBed.
  • HappyBed may remove or suspend your wishlist if these Terms are violated or at its discretion.
  • Upon removal, your wishlist page will be deactivated and no further shipments will occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

HappyBed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.
Our total liability will not exceed the retail value of the product(s) in question.

10. Data & Confidentiality

All Content Creator personal data is handled securely and used only for fulfilling wishlist orders.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your private information to fans or third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance

By checking the “I Agree” box on the Wishlist application form, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old,
  • You have read and understood these Terms, and
  • You agree to comply with the HappyBed Creator Wishlist Program Terms of Service.
